Show horizontal grid allows you to toggle whether horizontal grid lines will be shown.

Show vertical grid allows you to toggle whether vertical grid lines will be shown.

Show secondary scale on the right axis is used to toggle the scale used to plot numeric/float life factors. It will appear on the right side of the graph if turned on.

Show axis descriptions allows you to see which life factors are plotted on the left axis and which are on the right and also the description of the horizontal axis.
