Lost Password

If you forget your password you can use this dialog to try and retrieve it.

If you entered Hint and Answer when you created a password, then you can enter them using this dialog and if they match, then you'll be able to change your password to a new one.

If you haven't done that or they don't match, then you can use the Extract Password button which will make a small file that you have to send to support along with your purchase information.
