Descriptions
•Name: Sets the name of the medication.
•Issue Date: Specifies when the medication was issued.
•Quantity: Specifies the quantity of the issued medication.
•Dosage: Specifies the dosage of the medication.
•Frequency: Specifies how often to take the medication.
•Doctor: Sets the doctor who prescribed the medication.
•Comment: Specifies any comment regarding this medication.
•Leftovers: Specifies whether any leftovers are available from previous prescriptions.
•Refills Left: Sets how many refills are left before a new prescription is needed.
