New Diary

This dialog is used to create a new diary file.

To create a new diary file, please choose the location where you want it to be stored and enter a filename.

You can elect to have it protected with a password if you place a check mark in the Password Protect check box. If you choose to do so, then you will be presented with the Change Password dialog when you click the OK button.

If you place a check mark in the Open Automatically check box, then next time you start Smart Diary Suite this file will be automatically open. If it is protected with a password, you will see the Security dialog come up before you can see or access your data.

You can also enter your name, select your date of birth and choose your gender. If you select your gender, then the Pain Map will be automatically configured to display the appropriate graphic. You can of course change it using the Options dialog later.

Choose from one of the provided life factor packs to get you started with some pre-configured life factors, but please remember to check out what else is available in our online community and once you are comfortable with how things work, try to create your own life factors or modify existing ones.
