Pain Map

Allows you to configure the graphic gender shown in the pain map.

You can also control the pain spot size.

Pain spot spread allows you to control how far overlapping text should be spread apart - larger values create a clearer picture, but take up more space.

Pain spot default color lets you change the default color of the pain spot when you creating a new one.
