Show reminders window when due configures if you want the Reminders dialog to come up when a scheduled item is due.

You can also have an audio notice in a form of a System beep or a WAV file of your choice.

Show a popup window when a reminder is due will bring up a small unobtrusive window in the right-bottom corner of your screen when one of your schedule items is due.

Send an e-mail when a reminder is due lets you make SDS connect to your SMTP server and send an e-mail to a designated address when a reminder's alarm is raised. This will help you keep on top of your appointments wherever you are as long as you have access to e-mail.

First day of the week configures the weekly view to suit your personal needs.
